There is something about being 30, you tell people your 30 a conversation take place they laugh, you laugh. You are getting older, more adult, no longer carefree 20’s you settle down 30. 31 is boring, “Um, I am 31.” “Oh okay.” No conversation, no laughing about getting “older,” just 31. It means life goes on, you make your own fun, celebrate and enjoy life for 9 more years till your 40 and then at 41 it starts all over again.

I’m 34. Which is way more than thirty and practically 35, so mostly everyone just thinks of me as 35. Which I’m not. Yet.
